Other hardware has always been more important to me, and I have been using old 17" CRTs from the 90s that have trouble breaking 60hz refresh rates for too long. I don't really have a problem using CRTs, but if I can get an LCD that looks just as good, I would go for that.
I am looking for something in 17 or 19 inch with a budget around $200 (no more than $250). Primary concern is image quality and gaming. 19 inch would be very nice, but not if it significantly sacrafices image quality. What would you guys recomend?
The screen on my Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop is pretty good quality IMHO. I would certainly be happy with something of comparable quality.Main Rig
