Ok all you AM2 buffs any suggestions or experiences are welcome.
I have a friend that wants me to build him a rig, his requirements are as follows, has to be all NEW parts and $800 for everything in the box. DUAL CORE not needed and 1gb of ram is sufficient.
Now he wants a gamer/light office tasks type rig. Now since he wants everything new and everything CHEAP i figured AM2 is the way to go.
Here's what I was thinking, my main concern is the mobo, I am thinking of future expandability and performance, normally I would stay away from Asus on NF4 boards, although they are the intel kings. Is the 590 chipset better than the 570 I guess is what I dont know.
Also memory suggestions are very welcome since my knowledge is all 939 and ddr1.

since he wants a light gamer I will probably get a 7600gt KO for him and was thinking of a 600watt gamexstream for a psu.
