PSU dead? What do you think?

Basicly i have started to have some funky system unstability...
I could be heavily overclocked and have an issue at a idle time ect.
So i drop everything down to stock to see whats going on...
Same thing, would be fine for days then at a random time, i get a lockup or reboot.

Also i have strted having issues restarting the OS. It would sit at times at the loading windows screen for 1-5 min before actually loading windows. and other times it loads supper quick

So after testing hardware and coming to the confulsion it not that, i cracked my PSU open to have a look


the Gunk on the caps is not the cap leaking, it seems to be a glue as its the same thing holding the LEDS in the PSU in place. You can tell much better in Real Life
The one that looks the worst is the bottom center one of the top 3.


So what do you guys think?
New PSU time?

Yeah voltages are all ok.
nothing seems wrong at all with the rig except that cap

backup PSU is only 350 watts.
this is a 480 Antec
