Temps seem really odd... Here is a review I found (http://www.firingsquad.com/hardware/pentium4_lga775_overclock/page14.asp) ... doesn't mention temps, but these guys wouldn't quote a 3.96Ghz overclock if they weren't happy with temp's, and that was with a stock Intel cooler.

edit... here's an interesting article also on the 540 http://www.3dgameman.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29372 Note the 60 degree temp on the Abit board! Maybe it's not so bad, but at least he was sitting at 4Ghz. Has all sorts of info which may be helpful... vcore, etc. Hope that helps.

PSHHH, whats a prescott? You mean those mini frying pans?

lol, you can get a ninja for 50$ on newegg (i thought they used to be cheaper?) but that new zalman looks completely awsome. Zalmans designs are sick looking.
