Onboard Ethernet issues with KN9 LSI and BIOS 1.5

Anyone else flash to the latest BIOS (1.5) from Abit's website and get their onboard ethernet messed up??
Mine just won't connect. When I plug in the network cable it says it is aquiring network, but then after a minute it just says it has limited or no connectivity and won't work. So I grabbed a spare PCI NIC and threw it in and it works perfectly. Any ideas?

Not yet. I started out on the original BIOS that shipped with the board (can't remember which version), but I flashed to the new BIOS because my sound card wouldn't work (a known issue that was solved with the new BIOS). SO I'm kindof between a rock and a hard place

is their any modded or beta's out ??

Not that I know of.
