Cpu, Gfx card, mobo, and mem for under $1200, suggestions please

Actually i looked at this review:

but then after looking at others I saw that the 1950 was hgiher in most benchmarks, so i went back and looked at that review and see that it was an overclocked 7900GTX...so that could be the reason for the higher scores.
