Possible To Convert .ROM Into Playable Wii games?

I know there are a ton of SNES roms out there anyone try seeing what format the games from the online store use? If its a similar setup maybe somone with a c+ compiler can get the key binds and start allowing games to be ported over. (such as the classics Chrono trigger etc.)
