Chill Factor contains no health hazardous ingredient and is RoHs compliant. It does not conduct electricity thus eliminating the possibility of electric shorting that can destroy computer components and parts. Chill Factor spreads easily so all you need is a flat surfaced card to spread the compound across the CPU chipset. Cleaning is a cinch too. No need for any type of cleaning alcohol or any tools but a clean sheet of tissue.
