Vista Error Code 39?

I installed Vista and was able to use my two TDK DVDR drives until for whatever reason they went and now in device manager I am being told "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"???

Anyone know how to correct this? There are not using SATA connections. I looked for drivers with no luck

One is a TDK 440N and the other is a TDK 1208B
