Where to buy a Tuniq Tower??

I want to buy a Tuniq Tower for my new build but I'm having trouble finding a place that has it in stock. Where can I get one? In Canada would be preferable but I'll order from the US if that's not possible (and it probably isn't).

jab-tech link has it in stock and they ship 2 canada

I've read there's a special AM2 mounting bracket for it. Where would I find that on their site?
