Custom Themes in Vista

Does anyone know if there is anything out yet for Vista to customize the GUI or themes? It would be nice if there were 3rd party things like Beryl for Linux that lets you completely customize 3d effects and transparency. Anyway, I was just wondering what all is out there for Vista, if anything at all yet.

I haven't been able to find anything to do with the gui other than icons.. But that has to all be done manually.

they have custome themes over at neowin.net forums, just like they did with xp

u need to patch uxtheme http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showforum=163
