Overclocking a Pentium 2 350 Mhz ?

your CPU will have a locked multiplier of 3.5....
so the only way to overclock it will be the FSB (front side bus)

Right now your FSB is at 100 MHz. And you will want to change this (if you even can) to a larger number suck as 112 FSB.
But the largest problem you probly have is the motherboard is from compaq. And you may not have any options to change the FSB.

You would be looking for some jumpers on the motherboard usally labled FS0 FS1 FS2 ect

Now if you cant change your FSB via jumpers
you may be able to do it with software. You will need to find out what clock generator you use.

So... Find out if you can change any setting on your motherboard and we, from that info, shoud be able to start helping your overclock
