I have been reading around and the Asus P5B looks like the board i want but i have a few questions:

  1. Can the intel chip sets run sli? I c the mother board has 2 pci-e x16 slots but it does not says if it can do SLI
    • If not are there any good sli capible mother boards out there *not evga, have had a bad run in with them
  2. Has anyone tried the Vista Premium one, and is it worth getting?

intel chipset are capable of SLI, but you have to run hacked drivers to do it. the hacked drivers are usually pretty out of date too.

to run SLI officially, you need a 680i or 650i based mobo.

the p5b-dlx has 2 16x slots, but one of them only runs at 4x when using SLI or crossfire.
