no,i will not ask what temps are too high...

i just wanna know,if anyone can confirm that a decrease in temperatur will grant a higher oc?

A decrease in temps wont guarantee a higher OC, however it definitely helps to achieve a higher OC. The HS tests on Anandtech is a good example. They judge how well a HS is by how far they can OC with that HS. The cooler the better.

Look at this for a comparison..

That shows they get higher OC's with cooler temps. So yes lower temps will help, but wont guarantee.
 
nice review,so i could trie some more fsb@same vcore now.

just replaced my as-5 against a new paste,got me a 5 C dropp on orthos temps (core0+1 on as-5 = 52/49 on the new compound 45/43)
 
called mx-1 in germany its nearly the same like that compund with the name i cant remember ryoxxx
