I have a Toshiba satellite pro A120 216, with a Radeon Xpress 200M and a Yonah-Celeron. Allegedly it supports DC memory, but having put a second almost identical stick of PC2-4200 in (same manufacturer, same speed, different batch) it won't run DC. I tried swapping the sticks the other way round, but to no avail.

Because they are so similar I am inclined to think that the sticks are capable of DC operation, so could it be anything else, and is there any way of forcing DC operation?
