microsoft office outlook problem

i run winxp x64, had office 2003, for some reason once in awhile at boot i get a message ntldr.exe missing reinstall file, i suspect i keep getting some malware or something i did not have time to run a fix or check for malware. it happened again, this time when it happened and i went to fix my current windows installation it did not give me the option to repair it only a new install.

which brings me to my problem, i had alot of email addresses in microsift outlook , i thought since i could find office in my program x86 dir that i would be able to recover them by re-installing office. it did not work , is there any way to recover these email addresses in office 2003 outlook?
