Coolants in loop... performance increase or decrease?

Well, I will be rebuilding my loop(s) soon and I was going to get some of that blood red or phantom black coolant. However I really don't want to compromise any cooling ability. The only thing I currently run are distilled, biocide, and a few drops of dishwashing soap(surfactant like water wetter).

I was planning on some PT Nuke, distilled, and some of that fluid xp extreme.

Ideas? Opinions?
