    Monitor refresh rate

    Hi

Ive just brought a new samsung syncmaster 206bw and if i set the resolution to anything above 1024*768 i can only have the monitor refresh rate @ 60 and no higher.

    Is this correct?

yup highest refresh rate is 60hz on that monitor... which sucks, im looking to get a newer monitor and i dont want to skrew 25fps because of a monitor (i run vsync on my current crt with 85hz) and most lcds are 60hz which peeves me big time.
