My opinion, yes! Perhaps you could put a link to this thread just to be clear with everyone but as OW said, it's fairly certain your problem is local to your home and not a defective PSU problem.

Depending on what you list it for, I don't think that PS will last long here!
 
I will post a link to the thread so people will have greater understandings. I bought the Silverstone back in Dec 2006 for $130 off of newegg. RMAed two times aboyt $16 worth of shipping back to newegg. I am not sure how much they are now; on newegg its the same price and at other places too so I will more than likely put it up for $75 as my first offer.
