Quick- Free Wiki pages

Good day

I'm getting Married in less then 2 weeks,
I'm not anyplace near the wife to be, until 2 days before the wedding and we need to do seating plans,

I want to do this on a wiki so it is fast between the 2 of us, and anyone else I call on to log in and help

anyone know of a site that lets you set up quick free wiki sessions?

I'm googleing as I ask here.

Set up Ruby, download from http://tinyurl.com/yd23cy

Set up Instiki
http://instiki.org
Install to C:
Run instiki

Start menu
Run>CMD
cd \instiki

start the instiki server by typing
instiki.cmd

navigate to http://localhost:2500

Ignore the above as it installs on local machine and you need it to be accessed by both
but read below
OR skip the install and go to http://pbwiki.com
Free registered version gives you a hosted wiki with unlimited pages and 10MB of space to upload files and attachments.

I was hoping to find a place that had like a spreadsheet wiki

I remember reading about the development of one in 2006, but looking at it, it has not come too far,

does google office offer "wiki" support? hmmmmm.

docs.google.com has shareable spreadhseets.
