Okay to use laser lens cleaning CD in a Bose Lifestyle system?

This may be a dumb question, so dumb that I couldn't find any answer on the Bose website.

Is it okay to use a laser lens cleaning CD on the Bose Lifestyle system? I assume it's just like any other optical drive and it won't require a special method of cleaning the laser lens, or maybe it is self-cleaning, but the manual wasn't specific and I'd hate to ruin an expensive stereo system. Thanks.

EDIT: nm I called up Bose and they said it was okay.
