It will handle your 4200 no problem. The only thing about it though is that it is extremely bulky. I use an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro on my 4200. Cools it just fine and is much easier to work with than the Geminii.
 
a standard thermalright Ultra 120 will be cheaper, smaller, and performe way better than that. prob is on AM2 socket the direction of the heatsink isnt prefrebal, in this case id recommend a Scythe ninja.

I just purchased the SI 128 SE from Jab-Tech but will not be able to get my hands on it until Monday.

I prefer this design compared to the towers...The towers are supposed to cool better...But I like designs like the Coolermaster or Thermaltakes because they blow down and should help cool other components on the motherboard.

Just my 2 cents.
