Well I just went to SVC randomly and found that there's a new Zalman sink, the CNPS8700...

I hadn't heard of it. I was interested in it...

It goes back to their 7000 and 7700 series sinks with the flower design, but now it's a medium in size (110mm fan as opposed to 92mm or 120mm), and it's got heatpipes (4 of them)..

Surprised I haven't seen much/any discussion of it here so I made this thread to discuss. I had a 7000Cu back when I ran AirCooling and it was a great sink.

it's basically similar to 7000, or TT blue orb but with heatpipes

It's perfect for htpc, cube cases, or some low profile cases

Had no clue it came out so long ago, I thought it was just released. Google only pulls up one review on the first page.
 
would be nice to see more reviews of it, doesnt look half bad... might even give the U90 a run for its money...
