What would it be worth to sell my old laptop to be used for parts as the motherboard is bad ?

it is a Dell Latitude 100L with a 2.8Ghz P4-M, 512Mb of PC2700 DDR memory, will put a 12Gb 4200 RPM hard drive with it, Mikrotik R52 Wireless Card, DVD combo drive, Working Screen and AC adapter, Comes with an XP Pro license.

You could sell the laptop for ~$200 shipped in the classies. I sold my old Toshiba 2.8GHz P4-M, 1GB RAM, 30GB HDD for $180 but it had a few scratches in it.

Not worth parting it out.

The 2.8GHz P4-M is a Northwood and runs very hot with low cache, so its not very sought after. The RAM would be $40 at best and the HDD ~$40. You can't really sell the case/LCD....
