I got a dell w/ a P4 in it, and a friend is gonna be giving me a dell he has with a p4 as well.

Is it possible to run them dual somehow? was there ever a socket 478 chipset/board that could support them? what would be the requirements in terms of CPU similarity?

Thanks

Pentium 4 processors unless they were Xeon (socket 603/604) were not SMP capable so even if you found a motherboard that had two 478 sockets, you wouldn't be able to run them both anyways.
