I concur with all of these posts. Distilled water + drops of some biocide and you're set to go.

feser1 works just as well as water from testing done
my temps are 21c idle, and no higher than 32c under load, on my pumps hi-setting, i currently run it at its lowest setting, with temps at 29c idle, 42c load, and fans at 40% speed
and i think WaterWetter has some conductivity, but i could be wrong
