if i bought an e2180 could i just pop it in my dfi 915 board?
i've been trying to come up with the cheapest solution for my rig (in sig)
i was going to get a new heatsink and thermal paste, but that will be around $40 and i'm not positive that the processor isn't going itself..
so for $70 i'm thinking about just picking up the e2180? is it compatible and worth my time? i guess i don't know that something isn't wrong with my lanparty too, but i'm pretty sure it's ok.
on the same topic where do you find good deals on processors? any favorite sites? steppings i can look for on e2180s even?
