P3 933,need good MB

I have a p3 933,a newer one sitting here and would like to get a good MB for it,it came to me as a Gateway performance 933.
Will I gain anything by getting a new MB over the stock board?
And how over clockable will it be..

Since your going to hit FSB's of over 150fsb the 1/4 dividers really help and it is very overclockable board and has very enchanced settings for memory and it'll be good if you plan for future upgrade to a Tualatin core.

By the way your siggy seems to be sort of long.

That's all you need we don't need to know you have a floppy or a zip drive... Sorry but I just hate coming across long sigs that can be reduced so much since it will attract much more than people who go on about their cable conn and their cable modem and so on.
