Small text editor, correctly colors php, html, javascript, etc.

For the life of me I can't remember what it's called and can't find the install for it in the stuff I've saved.

win32 I should mention, but I'm relatively sure it's a sourceforge project with multiple releases. (but in case it's not don't refrain from guessing =p )
 
Oh, I know what one you are talking about...is it Notepad2? If not, you have me intrigued also :p

No, I've used Crimson, and while it's close, it's actually more bloated than what I'm thinking of.

The one I'm thinking of does have tabs though like Crimson, so thanks for reminding me by proxy, Mr.-Foreign-Forum-Guy.
 
I'm surprised nobody mentioned notepad++ before. The thing is epic. Not sure if the spell checker is built in now, but if it's not, make sure you go get it.
