BACK FROM THE DEAD!!! First upgrade in about 6 years i'm glad i skipped the expensive AMD X2 era. Luckily i had ordered it from newegg on the same day they removed the NYC taxes saved 100$ ^__^. Spent months on research for quality best bang for buck long lasting parts not to mention coupon codes and combo discounts . Here's the specs on my budget Q6600 build: following pics then OC's
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz = 180$
ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel = 100$

HIS Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit = 165$
CORSAIR 520HX Modular PSU = 90$
Antec Three Hundred Mid tower Case = 60$
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATAII 16MB Cache= 59$
Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB SATAII 32MB Cache = 79$
SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner Black SATA SH-S223F = 20$
HP Photosmart C5280 MFC / All-In-One Color Printer = 60$
HP w2207H 22" Widescreen with Glossy/ S-PVA / Dynamic contrasting Panel / HDMI / HDCP = 270$
XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler =35$

1 x Yate Loon DS14SL-12 Low Speed 140mm Fan
3 x UV S-ATAII connectors (green)
7 x Rubber fan Sound / Vibration damping mounts
1 x Bag of UV Zip Ties (green)
1 x Sunbeam 6 Channel 30w each Black Fan Controller
1 x Logsis UV CCFL mini tubes
Total ~ 1,200$
they weren't kidding when they said AS5 setteled this tube is about 2 years old lol. I still used it though shook it up for like 30 mins
Removing the stock HD4850 Heatsink & Fan....i can see why people gets such high temps those thermalpads are about 1/2 inch in hight!!!
My Accelero S1 Rev2 is the incompatible version that won't fit the HD4850 due to one of the heatpipes will lay on one of the Ramsinks. To fix it i put 1 low profile zalman ramsink in that following spot and on the Vregulators you see and that's it, its compatible now!....also the included voltage regulator sink included did not fit i just used some low profile ramsinks laying around (OC / Zalman)
setup on the voltage regulators
Heres all the ramsinks setup right before putting on the accelero.
Here you can see how if you would of used the bigger ram sinks included it would cause the entire heatsink to be unbalanced of the GPU Die causing high temps or even damage it!
UV zip ties FTW i have an S-Flex SFF21F 120mm mounted on with a rubber noise damping kit installed on the base of the fan.
2 x Yate Loon DS12SL-L 120mm Fan + 2 x rubber sound / vibration damping mounts on the front of the Antec 300 both as intake
Installed the corsair HX-520 upside down so fan will be upwards (the PSU mount is on the bottom of the antec 300) also a rubber PSU sound / vibration damping kit installed
