Removing the stock HD4850 Heatsink & Fan....i can see why people gets such high temps those thermalpads are about 1/2 inch in hight!!!

My Accelero S1 Rev2 is the incompatible version that won't fit the HD4850 due to one of the heatpipes will lay on one of the Ramsinks. To fix it i put 1 low profile zalman ramsink in that following spot and on the Vregulators you see and that's it, its compatible now!....also the included voltage regulator sink included did not fit i just used some low profile ramsinks laying around (OC / Zalman)

Heres all the ramsinks setup right before putting on the accelero.

Here you can see how if you would of used the bigger ram sinks included it would cause the entire heatsink to be unbalanced of the GPU Die causing high temps or even damage it!

UV zip ties FTW i have an S-Flex SFF21F 120mm mounted on with a rubber noise damping kit installed on the base of the fan.

3DMark05 = 19,847
3DMark03 = 46,820
3DMark01 = 48,132

Oh yea the whole thing is dead silent with all the Yate Loon / S-Flex fans the loudest thing is the 500GB seagate loading....one thing though the S-Flex is superior to the Yate Loon in terms of noise / CFM. But considering the price the yate loon wins for only 4$ a peice vs 15$ S-flex's !!! the corsair psu's fan spins very slowly and can't be heard even when your ear it on it. Silent gaming is a luxury :=D

comments? questions? ^__^
