Difference between P5Q Pro and P5QL Pro?

In case I miss the e8400 + p5q pro combo deal, I might go with an e7200 + P5QL Pro for OC'ing. I will not be using Crossfire, so the only remaining difference is the P43 vs P45 chipset. Is there any real downside to the P43 for overclocking?

P45 & P43 are are pretty much the same. Only exception is the bios options. For example some may have 10 overclocking settings while others may have 4 and are missing the other 6.
