I'm trying to figure out what settings to use for my QX6850 and Striker Extreme board. Its stock speed is 3.0 trying to see if i can get 3.6 is this doable for this board??I'm running Win vista Ultimate 32bit Ver. i have the lastest BIO update. Anyone can offer any help on what setting to use??

Also this is what i have try so far..

keeping my multiplier at stock 9
i changed the FSB 1600
DDR Mem set at 800
Set vcore at 1.375
everything else left at default or auto

Is there anything else I'm missing it boots into windows but right after it starts loading my start up i get a blue screen?? Am i missing anything here?
Running windows Vista 32bit

Does anyone have any ideas about this board..

Ok this is where I'm at i have my i have my QX6850 running at 3.4 using the following settings... multiplier at 10 running at 1360 (340) and a 800 FSB and my vcore is at 1.375 idle at 51 and under full load goes to about 57 58 are these temps ok plus the main question i have on the striker extreme board i'm using i read a article saying these setting should be disable?? can anyone confirm if this is true?

CPU Thermal Control
C1E Enhance Halt state
Intel Speedstep
CPU Spread spector
PCIe Spead spector
PCIe """" (SSP)
PCIe """" (MCP)
SATA Spead Spector.
should all these be disable??
Also please mention anything i might have miss.

Yes, All of these setting should be disabled:

CPU Thermal Control
C1E Enhance Halt state
Intel Speedstep
CPU Spread spector
PCIe Spead spector
PCIe """" (SSP)
PCIe """" (MCP)
SATA Spead Spector.

Disable them in bios and reboot.
