I'm pretty much decided on what I'm going to get:
1) Modular PSU and bigger hard-drive for storage:
OCZ ModXStream 600 Watt + WD 640gb 7200rpm 16mb combo: $124.99

2) Better processor, quad core:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 on Ebay with Cashback & Discount: $140

3) Memory:
OCZ Reaper 800 4gb kit on Ebay with Cashback: $40

4) CPU Cooler and wire management products:
Xigmatek 1283, 3x Yate Loon 120mm Medium, 3-pin extenders: $58

5) LG Blu-Ray/ HD-DVD combo: $94

I was going to upgrade my GPU but I don't really need to. I can max out COD4, Gears of War, Left 4 Dead, Fallout 3 and Source games and that's all I play. I'll hold out for GT200b and the next ATI wave to see what prices are like.

I already have an Accelero S1 Rev 2 with a 120mm attached. Great temps.

Faster clocked dual cores will peform better in games than a slower clocked quad core, ateleast thats what they say :)
