Maximizing PPD on Q6600?

My points are in the tank recently.. For some reason my 3850 is puking over anything except 384pt WU. Stock speeds on the card. I've eued for the last 3 days. still sitting at under 40c on the card, I dunno WTF is going on.

My PPD on my 9800GT ULT. are very wide, from 5200-7500. Even on the same WU's.
