They managed to hit 3.630gig with liquid nitrogen cooling and their temperatures were -196°C :D

There components were:

Intel Northwood 2,2GHz
Asus P4B266 (i845) + VCore modifikaatio
Crucial 128MB PC2100 DDR SDRAM
Elsa Gladiac Geforce 2 Ultra
Fortron 350W poweri
IBM Deskstar 10,2GB
Varasto + LN2

You should read the article(English at the very bottom) and look at the pictures. You can see the motherboard mounted on a steel plate sitting on the desk and they like tubed the CPU up and put liquid nitrogen instead of the tube sort of. You can also see the liquid nitrogen air expand out.
