I benched 315 for strict single at 205 pounds body weight when I was 21. Have been using dumbells ever since. At almost 54 I couldn't even sniff that kind of weight today. At my gym back in the early to mid 1980's all the WWF wrestlers worked out there. Made me feel like a pencil necked geek.

Haha, nice. Yeah I started getting into lifting a few months back. Been loving it. I've been going as natural as possible, only taking some casein based protein and multi-vitamins, and combined the lifting with some HIIT cardio kickboxing. Seeing gains, feelin good. lol.

ya I love this card its the EVGA 560 TI FPB , never let me down it can clock to 1000
but im rdy to move on and get something different like a R9 290X or GTX 970

Better off with a 970 or even a 960. If I recall I read somewhere that the 960 is 50% faster than a GTX 660. Affordable and low power.

These are some pretty impressive systems. I always wanted to mod but I have no idea what it takes to even get started. I however though I would make a wooden desk with my system in it with some class so you can see it with neon lights and fans allowing air flow from one area to the other. I though that would be pretty cool but I can't work with wood for the life of me. LOL!
