AMI bios... need help PC chips MOBO

I think this bios is 1995
American Megatrends Bios string:
62-0125-009999-00101111-071595-000000 (can't find upgrade)
AMI doesn't support there bios in other boards...
mobo is M748-11,(PC CHIPS "I THINK") Xcel 2000, chipset is SIS 620 rev,2
66.6/100 mhz FSB,,,
where can I download CPUSB or SOFTFSB and will it help
in my situation.. if so how do I use it if you don't mind telling me?

pII 350 P6L (deschutes) pII 266-450 2v @52 deg. C
will upgrading the bios raise the FSB to 133.3 or alittle better than 100mhz
if not is there any other way to raise past 350mhz?

I realize that the chip is locked at 3.5 multiplier.
