help with my ram

i have G Skill F2-8500CL5-2GBPK two of them 4 gigs i heard they were good for overclock and if someone could help me with timings.

I'm not sure what timings you need help with. In addition to listing the rest of your system spec's, manually adjust the four primary timings to 5-5-5-15-2T (CAS-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-Command Rate), tRFC to 48 and DRAM voltage to 2.1V. With all of the DRAM sub-timings on AUTO, post a pic. w/ MemSet open showing the SPD timings.
