I am trying to fix a printer that is connected locally, I tried deleting the old driver and install a new one but it goes denie access, but I am using the admin account??
I dont know who installed the old driver before??
so any clude how I can delete this??

thanks you

go into control panel\printers
right click the printer you are trying to remove
properties\security\advanced\owner

make sure that admin is the owner
check the permissions, admin access can be omitted/removed
check security an admin could have locked out everyone, including admin

as an admin u can restore change anything you want but sometimes you got to take ownership, give admin (yourself permission)

also are you doing this from the control panel your printer adding and removing, cause you need to be?
