Looking to make/purchase a compact PC, need advice

I normally am the last to recommend a store bought system for someone who is willing to build there own, but the new Dell Zino is a pretty good deal. Starting at $229 it's darn cheap, heck a copy of Windows is almost half that. It is certainly no powerhouse but would be easily better than an Atom system.

Doesn't seem like its available yet in Canada. Search results redirect me to the Studio Hybrid line-up. But seems like my brother would be interested in this. Even though after the poor experience with their laptops, we're not that crazy about Dell anymore.
