Peer Guardian is no longer being developed and has not been so for a while, its blocklists are outdated as such they would not help your situation. The application has been forked into peerblock

While the program may be deprecated, that doesn't mean it isn't useful if you're still on XP. You can add any list you want, and iBlocklist ain't dead.

Safety and pseudo-anonymity may be variable depending on the VPN you use
