Inspiron 5100 Replacement HDD

Looking to put some life back into an old boat anchor. Dell Inspiron 5100 with a dead drive in it. Looking to drop a new drive in it but not sure what will go into this thing. Old drive is a Toshiba HDD2181 30gig. Can a new ATA-6 drive work in this thing? Current drive is ATA-100.

Ive done as much searching as I could, I think its compatible but just wanna make sure with you guys before I drop the cash at newegg.
