Sitting at 0% for an hour. Restarted client... same thing. Deleted work folder, same thing. Deleted WU, and it redownloads same WU...

delete work folder, queue.dat, unitinfo.txt, and the fahcore or cores if you have more then 1

that's what I do normally.
 
You'll have to delete Work dir and queue.dat several times before the AS gives up on its "lost WU" algorithm.
 
If it's an a3 unit make sure your "-smp x" is set for the number of cores you have. If you have a quad make sure X is 4 or less.
 
Ok just got home from work and deleted said files. It downloaded a different WU. So hopefully this one will work out.

Id have to say the thing I dislike most about FAH is setting up the clients lol...
