AHH! Broken PA1312NL on 4890 is there a way to fix it?

Ok Long story short, I took off the heatsink with thermal tape and it ripped the top half of the PA1312NL Chip on my 4890.

Is there a way to fix this or replace it or anyone know where to buy this chip?
