Does anybody know of a BIOS for the SiL680 chip that actually uses the RAID jumper pins to select between RAID and regular modes?

I've tried every BIOS from R3220 (RAID) to b3400 (non-RAID), but the jumper setting makes no difference. I did check pin 80 on the chip to see that the jumper was actually working (it was). Also all the non-RAID BIOSes contain the RAID setup menu but never display it, so I thought there was an undocumented way to use RAID with them.
