Weather Monitoring Application

What are good applications to monitor weather changes in a city?

I am looking for something dedicated or that has a part dedicated to monitoring weather.

EDIT:

The software need not be designed with all the features for a weather professional, but should have elements a Joe Sixpack might be interested in (temperature, humidity, precipitation information,etc.).

I'm not sure on any specific ones, but I can ask some questions that may help someone answer.

How detailed of a system are you looking for?
Do you want it to just show temps/general conditions?
Do you need it to go to a radar (or possibly have one built in) when you click it?

Etc.

I use weather exchange, Pretty much the basic stuff.

I just use this site
http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=wailuku&wuSelect=WEATHER
and then make bookmarks for the cities I'm interested in.
There is nothing it does not have data for.

if you have vista or a Win 7 you could use the weatherBug gadget.
