How do you change install directory

Hi, I just bought a kingston SSD of 30gb for performance. In this ssd i uset for the OS, but i dont know how to change the directory to install all the games in the secondary 1tb HDD. Could you help me please? I know u will say that u change directory in the installation of the game, but for example in games of steam, it does it automaticly to the SSD program files (x86)
