Whats the difference between these 2 5850s

I was recently looking at getting a second 5850 and was planning on getting a XFX card because of their supposed lifetime warranty but not too sure what the difference between these cards are other then the obvious different heatsinks.

Does one cool better/overclock better then the other?

neither of them are reference cards, so most likely you will have no voltage adjustment to aid in OC'ing the card. I would look for one that has voltage adjustment (will be hard to find a reference now), some of the msi and asus cards are capable of volt adjustment through software and will usually kill cards that cant adjust it.

I would get the MSI R5850 Twin Frozr II which is $290 shipped vs the XFX ones you listed for $280 + shipping. The MSI has good cooling and voltage adjustment through Afterburner.

+1 with voltage adjustments that card overclocks like a beast.
