New video card for about $100

Im looking to upgrade my video card to something with just a little more power to play Starcraft II.

I would like to spend under $100 if possible, and the only things I need the card for are:

Starcraft 2 - preferrably 1920x1080 res.
HDMI out w/audio for Blu-Ray as the PC is connected to a samsung TV.

Also my pc is currently very quiet, so I would like a card that does not have a loud fan.

What do you guys recommend? The best card i could find is The Sapphire Radeon 4850for $84.50 after rebate at newegg.

You might actually want to wait a month or so, I believe both nvidia and AMD are planning on putting out new cards in the $100 range later this month or next month.

If you can find one 4850!! That card is still golden. The 9800 gt is also a viable choice.
